You can access the park up to one hour before closing. BIOPARC closing times are conditioned to the hours of sunshine at each time of the year. Check closing times on our calendar.

Leaving and re-entering BIOPARC is not permitted unless a new ticket is purchased or, in exceptional cases, authorized by BIOPARC staff.

Visiting the park is free for children under 4 years old. From 4 years old to 12 years old, they can benefit from the reduced rate. From 13 years old the general rate applies. A document proving age may be requested. Check all the rates and discounts on this link.

People under 14 years of age must be accompanied at all times by an adult who will take care of them. BIOPARC may request documentation that accredits the person of legal age as legal responsible for the minor. Minors must enter accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. The ratio is one adult person responsible for a maximum of 5 minors.

Minors over 14 years of age can visit BIOPARC without the need to be accompanied by adults. In this case, it is essential that the guardian or legal representative of the minor sign this document and provide photocopies of the DNIs or passports, both yours and the minor's. Each minor must present an individual document signed by the legal representative.

The reduced rate applies to:

• Large or single-parent family (necessary accreditation with Official Title of large or single-parent family, family book).

• Minors under 25 years of age with a youth card or university student card (national or international).

• People with disabilities/pensioners: Consult conditions.

A document proving age may be requested.

We have implemented a time slot system to facilitate entry by distributing the flow of people. This operation allows access to the park from the chosen time until just before the beginning of the next section, which makes it possible to control the number of people entering the park at each interval. However, if the cause is justified, access can be made before or after the selected time slot.

If you have purchased your ticket but cannot come or want to change the date of your visit, we will refund your ticket money.

To change the date, it is essential to purchase the tickets again for the date you wish to visit and, at the same time, request a refund of the amount of the tickets.

The request for a refund of the amount of the tickets is very simple and is done by email following the following procedure:

• Indicate in the subject of the email: RETURN TICKETS.

• Provide us with a contact phone number in case we need to talk to you.

Access is permitted for guide dogs for blind people and assistance dogs, upon presentation of the corresponding accreditations*.

Due to the characteristics of BIOPARC Valencia, these visits require special attention, entail specific rules and it will not be possible to access the Madagascar area and the Educational Exhibition of the Amphitheater, so it is recommended to contact the park in advance (via e-mail info@bioparcvalencia.es or by phone 960.660.526) to have complete information and with the aim of speeding up and facilitating entry as much as possible.

When the degree of disability of a person (in possession of an Annual Pass or day ticket) makes it necessary for them to be accompanied by another person to be able to visit BIOPARC Valencia, this companion will be able to access FREE of charge as long as the requirements are met. following conditions:

• The degree of disability is equal to or greater than 65%.
• The degree of disability is less than 65%, but reduced mobility or the help of a third person has been recognized.
• The degree of permanent disability is of great disability.
• Have the degree of dependency recognized.
• The entry of the person with the recognized degree of disability must be of the “General”, “+65” and “Reduced” Discount modalities and of the B! Annual Pass! “General”, “+65” and “Children”. Not combinable with other discounts and/or promotions.

THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE DISABILITY It will be any of the following official documents that must be presented at the park ticket offices:

• Certificate of the degree of disability.
• Resolution of degree of dependency.
