Natural behaviors

Do not disturb the animals
Animals need peace and quiet to maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Screaming, banging on windows, sudden movements, or loud noises can cause stress or conflict between individuals. Therefore, these behaviors should be avoided, as they can disrupt their natural rhythms of resting, feeding, or interacting with other members of the group. In the case of sensitive or shy species, they may hide and not show themselves for certain times of the day. If we see an animal hiding or sleeping, we can return to see it a few minutes later, giving the animal the opportunity to develop its natural behaviors. Furthermore, in times of stress, some animals can injure themselves while trying to escape or hide. We invite you to observe calmly and quietly: you will see more natural behaviors, enjoy the visit more, and, above all, actively contribute to the well-being of each animal.
