Safari Mallorca, in collaboration with the University of Zaragoza and other academic institutions, is developing a comprehensive project that encompasses both genetic research on animal species and the training of future professionals in the zoological and veterinary fields.

In collaboration with the University of Zaragoza, Safari Mallorca is developing an ambitious research project focused on the genetic study of two primate species of conservation interest.

    Genetic Profile of the Catta Lemur Genetic analysis of Catta Lemur (Lemur catta) populations to assess genetic diversity and contribute to the conservation of this endemic species of Madagascar.

    Genetic Profile of the Crab-eating Macaque Study of the Crab-eating Macaque (Macaca fascicularis) to analyze genetic variability, understand its ecological adaptations and reinforce management strategies in captivity and natural habitats.
